The service department is outstanding. Steve Pulli and team worked hard to resolve the oil consumption problem that both of my MDX's were having. Went in there to look at the Acura’s SUV being our lease was coming to an end. We were impressed with the SUV and keeping our price point about the same payments that we were used to. I had recall/warranty service done, the process was quick and easy to schedule online. A loaner was provided which I believe is very important. Steve did not demonstrate ownership or accountability when he neglected to return our PHONE calls. He was also overheard speaking in a negative fashion regarding us to the service department. I found thi when he neglected to return our PHONE calls. He was also overheard speaking in a negative fashion regarding us to the service department. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Lastly, had he returned our phone call, we wouldn't have wasted time coming in on a day that the transaction couldn't be executed. This last visit did not make for a great customer experience. More
