When I returned the vehicle the light wasn’t on anymore. The back seat had all smudges and the trunk had white stuff on all the sides. It wasn’t vacuumed. My repair took 4 months to complete when I was quoted 10days. It was drivable and I asked to drop it once all parts were in I could drop off. I was assured they were there. Very poor communication. Had to borrow a car for two months before I was offered a loaner due to shortages I was unable to rent one myself and the insurance company would only reimburse me after the fact. Thank god since it took 4 months I would never have been able to afford it. I asked for a separate quote aside from the claim and didn’t receive that for two months. I was told so many excuses I can’t list them all. I was emailed the job was completed and even received a check from the insurance company. I went there and told the claims person shaheem I had the check in hand. 3 weeks went by after and still no vehicle. I was inconvenienced by having to call and check to get the run around to have to keep updating my loaner paperwork and even drove on an expired tag for a week not knowing. When he calls me to update me and tell me we are waiting on the insurance I lost my mind when I told him I had the money 3 weeks ago. He pointed fingers at the insurance company and multiple people but in the end he was not on top of it. I was told Parts, failed Quality Control multiple times, paint issues, waiting on insurance, and was even told he said I could get the car back while he was on vacation yet that didn’t happen. I usually had to track him down to get an update when he should’ve been the one contacting me regularly I had to speak to other people in the service department. He did adjust the cost of my additional repairs which I appreciate but at this point I felt there was no way for me to have to pay out of pocket for additional expenses when I had already been paying a $500 a month car payment on a vehicle for four months I was unable to drive. When I actually got word I could come pick up my vehicle he was very uncertain of what the total would even be he had a different supplement amount than I was already previously emailed none of it was adding up. I finally got to drive away in my vehicle only to discover the air condition was no longer working and had to drive it back and leave it again for almost another week. I am very patient and can understand manufacturing delays but communication needs to improve and if a person can drive their vehicle while parts are being ordered that should be an option for their convenience. I have two children and I travel for work so this put me in a huge predicament. I have two dogs I wasn’t able to put in my vehicle and travel to vet appointments because of my loaner agreement not allowing so many inconveniences. The quality of the work at this time I would say I have no issues with my tire rim was never buffed out or repaired still has the scratches But aside from the service I would have given it four stars based on the product work itself. I was annoyed by constant updates text messages and false hope that my car would be ready and steadily asking me to give a review while my car was still in your possession . I would adjust how you send those out and when you send those out. I chose your dealership because your pitch on having authentic parts and I failed to read all the other horrible reviews prior to maybe I could’ve avoided this nightmare had I done that. More
