I have tried to get a service appointment for a while but they are always booked too far out. I finally got an appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change! The only reason I went for the oil change is be they are always booked too far out. I finally got an appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change! The only reason I went for the oil change is because when buying the car during COVID, they upcharged me for “lifetime” oil changes. This dealership is too busy and unorganized. More
