Advisor never came in waiting room to infom me my truck was ready, my wife called to say we received an email 40 minutes ago that my truck was ready. The amount of time it took for paper work was a little long. 1 1/2 hour. My truck was supposed to be washed and ready, along with the paperwork. We were there for 3 1/2 hrs in all. The service was completed without any issues although it takes a while to get it done. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. But with the other service checks, etc., I was in there for over an ho takes a while to get it done. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. But with the other service checks, etc., I was in there for over an hour and a half. While I understand the need to provide the service inspections, I can't recommend them if you are in a hurry. Next time, I'll arrange to drop the car off and then they can take their time getting it done without impact to me. More
