Unfortunately, after a great experience 3 years ago, this past experience was challenging at best. There were a lot of promises but not much action. I brought my 2024 Chevrolet 3500 in for an oil change, fuel filter, cabin air filter and tire rotation. After driving it home i looked closely at the write up and they charged for more engine oil than the fuel filter, cabin air filter and tire rotation. After driving it home i looked closely at the write up and they charged for more engine oil than the vehicle calls for. I then checked the oil level and sure enough it was overfilled!!! The oil change was on a friday, so i was stuck all weekend researching the possibility of damage from this overfill. I lost all use of the vehicle until they were able to get me in the following week. I asked if they wanted it towed but was told to just drive it in and they would rectify the situation. They did a full drain and filled it to the appropriate level, but whatever long term damage it caused is my responsibility if it happens after the warranty expires. Besides repeated panic attacks and losing faith in the reliability of my diesel truck they fixed their mistake. More
