when I first got there, the guy that checked me in seems sort of irritated. I told him that I had a surface plan and he said there’s no way because they don’t do surface plans with used cars. I then told him I literally just bought the car and I did get a service plan. he kind of gave me a look and then he looked it up and saw that I did have a service plan. No apologies or anything. I dropped my car off at 10:30 and waited and waited and waited. Still never heard anything so I reached out via text at 220-ish and they said oh yes your car is ready. I never had an oil change. Take that long at my last dealer. They were always great. More

The dealership as a whole is wonderful! My last technician did NOT listen to me when I stated I only wanted the oil change done that was included in my service plan I’d purchased when I bou My last technician did NOT listen to me when I stated I only wanted the oil change done that was included in my service plan I’d purchased when I bought my truck. When my truck was done he tried to give me a bill for rotating my tires. I told him that I stated at the start, I only wanted the oil change and what was included in my service plan done… thankfully I had passengers who were with me when I’d originally spoke to him at the start of my appointment who also heard me when I told him this when we arrived, so he couldn’t deny what I’d said. I ended not being charged as it was not my mistake. Again as a whole I love DeNooyer!! More
