For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I love buying my cars and having service on them done at Denooyer. The sales and service teams are the best I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I started dealing with Gene my salesman I was very fortunate that he made sure all information was given to me. When I received a call from Gene communicating with him several times prior, to was very fortunate that he made sure all information was given to me. When I received a call from Gene communicating with him several times prior, to come and get the car I was pretty happy. Then I had the opportunity of dealing with Michelle and the insurance and registration part which she also lent information to me about prices of insurance obviously a very knowledgeable young lady. A gentleman George also gave me and helped me with information about warranty an extra coverage another knowledgeable person with DeNooyer Chevrolet. After we went forward with finishing the deal I dealt with a gentleman named Ashanti, he let me know everything about the car and sat with me signing and being very clear on the paperwork then he walked me out to the car which was fully charged and he was obviously fully knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time with no rush involved. I’m very pleased, and will definitely return. thank you. More
