Your shop was recommended to me by coworkers who had great experiences, so when I had a warranty recall I thought I would be in good hands. First stop was 1/2022- transmission and back window.... was told I was all set after repairs took about a week 2/2022- back for same issue, window leak. They took it apart, fixed rear window and stated I was all set beginning of September, I found that yet gain there was a leak. Brought it in, after calling a few times and leaving messages for DJ some other employee was able to find a repair man and they said they have solved the water leak... it rained and since i was super aware and starting to get angry I was so upset to find yet again, water. I spoke again with DJ who stated to bring it in (I called in, not him checking on my service)..... no call backs again, minimal communication, I got it back thanks for help of his coworkers filling his shoes yet... another leak We had to go somewhere else. We wont be back. Don't waste your time nor Money! I didn't pick the contactless service but boyyyy did I get it! ONE text message from DJ with stating he was looking for the leak still? No call backs ever with voicemails left Seemed to always be away or on vacation? Either way, I lost confidence The delay had to have caused more damage to my truck... So much for loyalty to staying with them And if I just went with the place which was a little farther away this would've been fixed in a week. AND they've kept me updated. I couldn't believe that they couldn't even get my address right. I've dealt with DeNooyer for years. This time around, they certainly did not pay attention to details. They didn't want to sign the vehicle right. I've dealt with DeNooyer for years. This time around, they certainly did not pay attention to details. They didn't want to sign the vehicle purchase agreement, even though it states "This agreement is not binding unless signed by the seller and the buyer." They said it would be signed later, which meant that I would not have a copy. This is at LEAST my 12th GM vehicle. I couldn't even get a detail out of it. (My first Chevy was a '62 Belaire from Marsh Hallman Chevrolet.) Since then many pick-ups, a Blazer or two and a couple of Buick Centuries. I guess my LAST vehicle purchase won't be the best one.
