For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. BUYER BEWARE!!!!Very quick to respond to my inquiry about a car. People where very friendly. Which led me to purchasing. Unfortunately I was not too pleased that they did not actually clean the car. With COVID 19 I expected the car to be cleaned (it was a pre-owned vehicle.). Also when I went to pick it up they had taken the floor mats to put in another car. When asked about it they went and searched the lot for floor mats that would fit my car from others cars on the lot. Who does that!? Last but not least I had to mention that they did not even put gas in it. Will not be purchasing from them ever again! More

Most recently bought a 2018 prestige Tahoe certified - within 1 yr truck had a rattle near exhaust and when I was done with service truck needed front rotors and brakes. Dave Mattice worked with me to get me out of a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe that the dealer told me would tow my camper and into a Chevy Traverse. He worked quickly, found incentives for me and made the whole Hyundai Santa Fe that the dealer told me would tow my camper and into a Chevy Traverse.
