Very good experience.have a few issues with the truck. Tryed to get a loaner but was told he went home at 4pm .you really need to have someone there later for us working people. I came in with a transmission problems. Bob found that GM had a service bulletin on it at no cost to me. After that service my truck had a follow up problem. Bob was helpful in correcting it. Scott Fyvie in sales was awesome. I highly recommend that you speak to him to buy your next vehicle. John in Finance, not so much. He is the typical fast talking, your payment is $41.00 higher than what we you speak to him to buy your next vehicle. John in Finance, not so much. He is the typical fast talking, your payment is $41.00 higher than what we agreed to BUT it is still a great deal for you, finance guy. He wasn't even the guy that told me my payment went higher. It was a guy in delivery who was going over the paperwork. When we got to the contract where I could see what my payment was, I questioned it and he got John to come out to explain. When he came out, he apoligized and said that he wished that delivery came to get him before they started the paperwork so he could explain. That is BS. He knew that I had a max payment in my budget and he exceeded it by $41.00 and he was hoping to get away without the confrontation. I fell victim to the bait and switch and accepted the deal. The truck is Five stars, I know the price of the vehicle was five stars, I know Scott in sales was AWESOME and very much deserving of a FIVE STAR rating, I know the interest rate I got was five stars, however, The closing process, customer service(from Finance), communication(from finance), and care about customers financial needs and limits shown by finance is 2 stars at best which is why I rated the dealership 3 of five. I recommend this dealership. Just beware of the closing process and the changes that get made before you sign. a small change to you means more in the finance guy's pocket. More

This was our first time dealing with Denooyer. Our sales guy was Dan Tran. He was excellent from start to finish. Michelle that handled our insurance was excellent as well. I went to the lot on Thursday evening to look around at trucks. After a bit, a sales guy came over and politely asked how we were doing, and if there was anything he could do to help. I'm very fortunate th trucks. After a bit, a sales guy came over and politely asked how we were doing, and if there was anything he could do to help. I'm very fortunate that that guy was Andrew Lobb. Andrew patiently walked around, answered all my questions, and guided me to what I ultimately bought the very next day, brand new Silverado. He kept in close contact with me, offered his personal cellphone (which he answered immediately the two times I needed to reach him). Andrew is a pro and I'm so glad it was he who approached me that evening. Additionally, each member of the team was super - John the mgr, Byron the finance lead, Krysten the technology lead - all wonderful. Did I say I hate buying cars? But not from this crew, they made it easy and bearable. Thanks! More
