For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Service Dept. is excellent. I was taken care of right away. Was informed often about the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was done a few hours ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. Usually the service is excellent. Not this time. Past oil changes have usually taken 30-40 minutes. This time it took 90! The tech sent me a text telling me I could contact him at any time with ques Past oil changes have usually taken 30-40 minutes. This time it took 90! The tech sent me a text telling me I could contact him at any time with questions. After an hour I texted to ask if there was a problem but did not receive a reply. I did get a text telling me 2 issues were found and asking if they could be fixed. I replied no at this time. Several minutes later the tech came in to ask if they should proceed with the repairs. I said no, I’ve already replied to your text. After waiting more time for him to tell me the car was done, I went to the reception area to find out what was taking so long. He said he still had to complete the paperwork. More
