For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Disorganized I dropped my truck of for the third time with the same issue. They were not able to provide a loaner initially. Received no communication on the fir I dropped my truck of for the third time with the same issue. They were not able to provide a loaner initially. Received no communication on the first day. Was notified at 10AM on day 2 that the technician was out sick and it was unlikely someone would be re-assigned. Was offered a loaner, but by this time, I had made other arrangements. Received notification on the third day at noon that it was all set. Asked for a ride and the shuttle driver was on lunch, so an Uber was dispatched. The Uber was dispatched to the dealership instead of my office which created confusion and was an additional waste of time. Ended up having to pay the Uber driver cash (which the dealership reimbursed mt with afuture credit for an oil change), Just seems there is alwys an issue when I bring my vehicle for service. A root canal would be a prefered activity. More

Really happy with the speed of the 1st free service that included full synthetic oil and tire rotation/multipoint inspection. However, I wanted the service department to check the fuel mileage as I have not included full synthetic oil and tire rotation/multipoint inspection.
