For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Walked in just to look and see what was available, was introduced to Sameer Siddiqui in sales. After a few minutes he showed me a 2020 Silverado that very nice but was not a good fit for me. He then aske introduced to Sameer Siddiqui in sales. After a few minutes he showed me a 2020 Silverado that very nice but was not a good fit for me. He then asked a few questions and came up with just the truck I was looking for, he needed to get it into stock, which he did in 3 days. When I went down to get the vehicle I was really happy because he not only got me the vehicle I was looking for, it had several extra's I got for free. The whole process was professional and fast. I will be buying again from Sameer at DeNooyer. More

The service was good and I was kept up on what was going on. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. My only disappointment came when I was advised my front brakes were getting low. I asked how much to replace and when I heard the amount I was disgusted!! I understand you need to make money but the price I was quoted was just beyond unbelievable! You would get more wear and tear jobs such as brakes and hose replacement jobs if you were more reasonable on your prices! More
