For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I brought my truck in for a recall, the dealer ended up having to keep my truck for over a week for something they couldn't seem to fix. As a result brought my truck in for a recall, the dealer ended up having to keep my truck for over a week for something they couldn't seem to fix. As a result I ended up having to pay money because they couldn't figure out what the problem was and that my truck was costing them money. I initially brought my truck in for a recall that should of been covered 100% then was told I actually had to pay for it. And paid unnecessary money for a car rental that I wasn't supposed to pay. After getting my truck back, it wasn't running like it usually does, it was hesitating and the rpms kept jumping up to 3 or 4 while just driving the speed limit. I have been a loyal customer. I had my parents buy a brand new vehicle paid for in cash, and tell everyone I know to go to your dealer. Now my confidence has been shaken and I'm not sure I want to bring my vehicle back. More
