I was contacted by the internet team relentlessly. I was emailed multiple times a day and received countless phone calls. Each time I was dumb enough to actually answer the phone I informed them, "I have a salesman. Please stop calling." WHAT A TURNOFF!!! They even called me the day I was picking up the truck to say, "What happened? We thought you were coming today." Are you kidding me? I told her I was sitting in the dealership for the past few hours. If it weren't for Jay I would have gone to DePaula because the phone calls were relentless. Someone even called my employer looking for me. SERIOUSLY!!???!?!. I've actually told my friends NOT TO GIVE INFORMATION on your website. IT'S INSANE! It's worse than telemarketers that call during dinner. Next thing... I purchased well over a $100,000.00 in vehicles this month. You'd think Joel would have come over to the table to say thank you. It would have meant a lot. And it would have made me a lifelong customer to know the owner (who was walking around the showroom all day) cared enough to say hello. Here's the bottom line.... Yes, it's a great dealership. Lots of inventory. Or they'll find your vehicle super fast. The whole process of buying a car was impressive EXCEPT THE INTERNET TEAM. I realize they have a job to do but it was ridiculous with the amount of phone calls. The trucks were received beautiful and I even had a "tech-ie" guide me through all of the bells and whistles. 15000 mile checkup I was able to book an appt. at my convenience. When I got there service advisor reminded me it was time for my 15000 mile check. He gave me brochure and explained what it would entail (I knew I needed the tires rotated). However there was no pressure and he did not try to press for things I didn’t need. The price was pointed out ahead of time and he even tried to find me a discount coupon, although I had already brought one. I settled into the comfortable lounge greeted by free WiFi, coffee and bagels (though I didn’t indulge) and DJ came in to announce all was ready in less than 1 1/2 hours later. Car was left clean and waiting in front of building. More
