Slow service and was misled about status Dropped off the vehicle with an estimate of 5-7 work days worth of bodywork including any supplement. After 12 work days and 2 weekends I felt like I Dropped off the vehicle with an estimate of 5-7 work days worth of bodywork including any supplement. After 12 work days and 2 weekends I felt like I had to rush the bodywork dept to even care about getting my truck fixed. It sat out all weekend with missing trim on the window so that snow ice and water went into the door. I asked about this and they said the truck was just taken outside this morning(Monday 1/28). Yet I have pics of it being outside Saturday/Sunday. Then they were waiting for parts, nobody could tell me what parts, but the bed was already on the frame so that didn’t make sense. All that needed to be done was all other original parts put back in place but that took 3 more days until I finally got my truck back on Thursday 1/31. Asked Thursday morning if it would be done today and the desk told me it had to be “buffed” which is not true because the clear coat was already applied and truck sitting outside and it was smooth as it should have been. So it took them from 8am to 1pm to put a z71 decal on the bed side and tell me it was complete. Rental was covered by insurance but I’m sure they’d hate to see how much faster this could have gone. More

2018 Traverse I would highly recommend going here! They were not pushy . They gave us options based on what we wanted in a car and let us take our time.
