I needed an oil change and NYS inspection. I dropped the car off the night before and got notified in the late morning the next day that it was ready to be picked up. We dropped our new vehicle off to DeNooyer. Our service rep DJ was awesome. He explained things to us and made sure that we had a ride home that day. When I came in the next day to get the car, DJ showed m rep DJ was awesome. He explained things to us and made sure that we had a ride home that day. When I came in the next day to get the car, DJ showed me the photos and explained some things and walked me out to the parking lot and pointed me in the right direction to drive out of the lot. He has a great personality and answered all my/our questions. More

I'm never going back to DePaula, (I have too for a leather dash replacement under warranty, if they ever call me back) 2017 Vette Grand Sport Collectors Edition. But, that's if for me. I've been lied to 3 times in 4 visits......It cost me money to fix a problem that DePaula said they would fix..Bogus diagnosis to collect money from me. You can't win, you are not under the car. Your guys are straight forward, fast, and seem to be honest. If I was not so depressed, spending $ 2,500. for parts and labor for brakes, maybe a 5 star. I will be back. More

They were clearly annoyed that I showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon. They wanted to get out of there. I had an appointment. The guy made a joke about my car. It's a Spark. Apparently that's not good enough afternoon. They wanted to get out of there. I had an appointment. The guy made a joke about my car. It's a Spark. Apparently that's not good enough for him. I waited for an oil change. I got a text message when they were done, but nobody came to the waiting area. The cashier was pleasant. But she didn't know where my car was parked. I had to hunt around a little before finding it. The worst thing is I do not believe they rotated the tires. One of them has a slow leak, and it's slightly underinflated. It was in the same spot when I left as it was when I came in. Passenger side rear. Thanks guys. More
