Sterling service I had my leased Chevrolet oil change performed here while vacationing from out of town as all of my hometown dealerships have been thoroughly unsatisf I had my leased Chevrolet oil change performed here while vacationing from out of town as all of my hometown dealerships have been thoroughly unsatisfactory experiences. But at Denooyer Chevrolet, two major positives stand out with my experience. The oil change is straightforward and routine, but the service department did not attempt to upsell me unnecessary work like cabin air filters, new tires, windshield wipers, etc. like a recent experience elsewhere. In fact, the technician checked all the fluids and topped them off. Most importantly, the service advisor Duane St Claire is a complete professional. Polite, conscientious, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. More

Bad experience over coverage of repairs performed I want you to understand. It is not that I have not had good service through DeNooyer, the fact is I have not been treated properly. I have coverage f I want you to understand. It is not that I have not had good service through DeNooyer, the fact is I have not been treated properly. I have coverage for repairs through CarShield, and because, so I have been told, you have had some problems getting paid by them. This is not my problem. I was told for the past couple of repairs that I have had done were not covered. And in fact they should have been.. I called CarShield and they informed me of such. I do not enjoy saying bad things about anyone but this in no way to treat a customer that has purchased his last 4 trucks from your dealership and always brought them back for repairs and service through you. Most recently bought a 2018 prestige Tahoe certified - within 1 yr truck had a rattle near exhaust and when I was done with service truck needed front rotors and brakes.
