Had a NYS inspection. It was done in a timely manner. It passed. Left with a new condition that was not there when I went in. To early to know if it has to be addressed. Great Service! I’ve never had a bad experience at Denooyer. This is especially true with the service department. I dropped my car off the afternoon before my early I’ve never had a bad experience at Denooyer. This is especially true with the service department. I dropped my car off the afternoon before my early morning appointment. I didn’t expect a diagnosis until the next day. To my surprise I received a text and email that evening with a diagnosis and recommended services for my vehicle. I was able to check off what I wanted done and ignore what I didn’t want done. it also showed an estimated cost. I got a call the next morning telling me all the work I authorized was complete. I was able to get the car that afternoon and I was extremely happy with the repairs. I will always use Denooyer because I know the repairs and service are top notch. More
