I’m 72 yrs old and this was THE smoothest car purchase I ever experienced. Unwilling to work with customer concerning Toyota issues bulletin on Tacoma. Customer is on the hook for full repair. Never once received an email about the bulletin until I called about it after finding ou bulletin on Tacoma. Customer is on the hook for full repair. Never once received an email about the bulletin until I called about it after finding out from another mechanic. 4,000 miles over the warranty, even though I called prior to warranty expiring (and was given the run around). Plenty of other dealerships around, shop elsewhere. More
