During the test drive, he recommended driving on certain roads so he could demonstrate important functions and manuvers that were impressive. He thoroughly explained operational details and was friendly, professional, and helpful during the entire process. Harry was also involved in the sale and went out of his way to be accomidating and exceed our expectations to make the interaction enjoyable.
