Mike developed instant trust with his knowledge and customer service. He explained they had a pick up service in Philly at the airport which was a big plus. I quickly was moved to finance where Dave helped me with a blip in my equifax report. Sadly, the car was purchased by another buyer which happens with cars in high demand. I was actually looking forward to meeting the great team at Delaware Cadillac! Mike offered to continue to help me and be a resource. Harry the General Manager shared extremely helpful advice about my future Lyriq purchase. If anyone is shopping out of state and come across this dealership, I promise you are in good hands. I was quite happy with them staying after hours for me, but upset about them just throwing 12k milage on my lease without even asking me about milage. We wanted to pay those up front, but again, they wouldn't change that either. They were both talking to me while shoving papers in front of me, saying sign this, sign this, sign this, etc. So I must say that I didn't get a chance to read them! It was all so quick! I should have made them slow down, but it was all so fast!! I am sure they just wanted to get out of there. So did I by that point, but not at the expense of my lease. I will know better next better next time! More
