Stock number LL301446 we were in on May 9 and bought this 2020 chevy trax which should have cost us around $16,498 but there was a mix up and the wrong vin number was put in and we were being charged for a 2021 (stock number MB334011) chevy trax which cost $19,241 but thank God we caught that but when everything was fixed with the right vin number we moved forward to buy the car. But when we got home we realized they fixed the vin number and we got the right car but what we didnt catch was we were still being charged for the 2021 they didnt change the cost of our car to the 2020 which should have been $16498. I dont know if its too late to get this fixed and i know we should have paid more attention but we wanted to at least bring it to your attention. Thank you Jason and Wilma Stephenson

Thanks, Jon. I was actually contacted by JC and he helped me resolve the issues and set me up with Josh Tojek. We finalized the purchased of my Traverse last week and it was a seamless process once those two gentlemen were involved. I have recommended Josh to a couple of close friends since then.
