Lexus ES350 I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that befo I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that before I traveled over 700 miles to pick up the car. When I arrived the car had over 300 miles and the gear shift know was missing. Not the first impression I was looking for. Even though in the scheme of things 300 miles is not a lot it was the principal that the car was not as advertised. They also could not get the key fobs to work after I brought it to there attention. They finally decided the car was in transit mode and I would need to go to a Lexus dealership to get that fixed. Turns out that most of the interior lights were not working, the clock as well as the key fob. Once I returned home I did take it into Lexus and they were great and now all the functions on the car are working. More

Even though they we very efficient by promptly servicing my car, they didn't clean my windshield or vacuum the interior this time, those extras that justify the distance for me to get my Mercedes serviced there. I'll be back because they are so friendly, but I admit that I was a bit disappointed. More
