Bad Experience After viewing a vehicle online, I contacted the dealership and made plans to go and view/ inspect the vehicle. I was waiting to hear back from a Sales After viewing a vehicle online, I contacted the dealership and made plans to go and view/ inspect the vehicle. I was waiting to hear back from a Sales Rep because I was told that the vehicle was going to be pulled into their shop, and would therefore not be ready to be looked at via email. I made it perfectly clear that I was interested in the vehicle, and would be in the dealership area in 4 days. It seemed every time I called or emailed to check on the car it was waiting to be serviced, for a seatbelt, and/or something else. When last contacted 3/26/18 via email Sales Rep indicated car “was still waiting to be pulled into the shop, and it would be ready soon.” Contacted Sales Rep via email four times, called the dealership and left a message , but call was never returned. Clearly, they are not in the business of showing customers cars that are in their shop. It was Sales Rep responsibility to contact me once vehicle was out of the shop and ready to be looked at. The truth of the matter is they were Bs-ing me the entire time. For that I have no forgiveness. They could offer me a Ferrari for the same price, and mileage and I would pay double at one of their competitors. I will NEVER buy from this dealership or refer them. If they could not be honest with me before I made a purchase, it’s very doubtful they could ever be honest as to the condition, or functioning of the car. I consider the Sales Rep personally, and because of his actions, everyone at the dealership, a group of dishonest and fraudulent people. It would be one thing if this was the first time something like this has happened, but looking at two other reviews, it clearly is not. Unfortunately, two other customers had similar experiences one on February 2 and the other Feb 7 of 2018. Please spare their jargon about the dealerships “no pressure sales policy,” getting back to me with the information I requested is not pressuring me. Finally, I called the dealership and spoke to another Sales Rep, only to be told that the person I was originally dealing with, no longer works for the dealership. Either that or he’s just covering for that person, that and the car was sold. More

I submitted an on-line request for best complete "out the door Price". I received a written proposal within a short time. It was accurate with no hidden cost. The lower "dealer prep" cost was a pleasant surprise. We were able to schedule a test drive on the website. We arrived early for the test drive. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and got the key for us. We drove the car, liked it, met with the salesperson and later the finance manager. The sales person and all of the employees were helpful, friendly, did not pressure and were very efficient. The dealer cost are lower compared to other dealers. We completed the purchase very quickly. After the papers were signed I noticed a small mark on the new Cadillac we bought. They pulled the car around to the cleanup area, cleaned the mark and had the car back quickly. Before we left in the vehicle a young man came to make sure I was familiar with all of the features of the vehicle. He synced my mobile phone to the car and quickly explained the interior comfort and safety features. It was the certainly one of my best car buying experiences. More

When there is a problem Almost any company can look good if things go right. The real measure of a company is what happens if there is a problem. My first purchase from Donoh Almost any company can look good if things go right. The real measure of a company is what happens if there is a problem. My first purchase from DonohooAutp was the former, easy buy with no problems. Six years later and and I'm still making money with my little Frontier with a commercial Yankee brand shell. My latest purchase from DonohooAuto is definitely more fun to drive. The '13 Sonata with 274 hp is fast. The increase in horsepower comes from a turbocharger and that is where the problem came from. Less then a month after the purchase the turbo failed. Talked with Jim and was told to bring it back for repair/replacement. Dropped it off and was given a little Chevy SUV as a loaner. Repair/replacement took a couple weeks, kept the loaner the whole time. I was charged nothing for the repair. It has been a few months since then and the car has been perfect! Communication after the sale and during the repair process was great. The follow-up calls were professional, informative and friendly. Could not ask for more. The next time I need a vehicle, this will be the first place I'll look. More
