Oil change and tire rotation. Positive: tread was same front/rear so tire rotation cancelled. Oil change went well. Vacuumed vehicle. Cons: Billing was a huge issue. I was told my car would be ready by a certain time when I made my appointment, 2-3 hours. I specified I needed it for an appointment later that day. No call after 5 hours. I called - 3x - and still didn't ge made my appointment, 2-3 hours. I specified I needed it for an appointment later that day. No call after 5 hours.
