Now for your business office employee, Crystal, she gave me a tremendous amount of anxiety and was not at all professional, she rushed me through the entire process, and because of that experience I will think twice about another opportunity within your organization. She not only rushed me through purchasing an extended warranty, her professionalism was subpar, I left feeling very overwhelmed and unsatisfied, she needs to think of the client and their decisions with the extended services for purchase and take time to understand and listen to the clients concerns and questions, and not push them out the door with no regard for their feelings, she is in the wrong profession. Honestly I would have given more consideration of other extended purchases of services for my vehicle if she would have explained the options without giving me anxiety with no knowledge of what my money was buying.
