From the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is thei the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is their first priority. Great price and service I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, they had the truck ready to go and I don't think it took more than 90 minutes to get the paperwork done and go over all of the features of the truck. It was definitely the fastest, most efficient experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. James was great, even answering emails on his days off. Even though James was off the day we picked up the vehicle, Jon knew who we were when we walked in the door and they made sure we were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Jeannette went over the features of the truck with my coworker while I finished signing paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! I will recommend Elk Grove Toyota to my friends and family in Sonoma County. More
