Bill Gann was an exceptional sales person, he was professional, personable, courteous, & attentive to our needs. I live approximately 2.5 hours south of the city of Elk Grove; Bill kept the lines of communication (phone, email, text message) open & provided timely updates throughout the entire buying process. The Tacoma was on site, but the Prius wasn't, Bill and his colleagues secured a dealer trade in very short order. In addition, their prices were of unmatched. I shopped Northern & Southern California Toyota dealers, they couldn't/wouldn't beat or match the price of the vehicles. Lastly, the Finance Department Managers (Nai Saechao & Alberto Aguilar), like Bill, were complete professionals, they were thorough in providing the requisite information related to the packages (vehicle protection products & services) but allowed us the liberty to choose based on our needs, not the needs of the dealership. Toyota Experience I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said t I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said they were able to perform the service I need, since it's a safety and urgent concern. They were able to accommodate my schedule and provide me a ride back home. I received a call at 2:40 PM and was left a voicemail and told to return a call that the car is ready for pick up. I return a call at 3:15 PM and was that she will help me, provide me a ride back to the dealership. I didn't get any notification about my ride until I called back Andy at 3:45 PM and received a confirmation at 3:55 PM. He provided me a service for a ride. I got to the front desk and signed to authorize that I received my car. Andy left my driver side mat in my trunk, he dug into my middle console and searched through it. He left my car unwashed when Primal offered me a complimentary wash. I requested the front desk that my car was unwashed and she went to grab Andy's attention. He got the technician to pull up and provide me a complimentary wash. I told him that I appreciate his help, he gave me a smile and thumbs up and walked away. I realize my car had the AC on full blast and my radio was on much louder than what I was comfortable with. My driver side rear view mirror was broken and just sagging there. I do not appreciate what Andy or the technician did here. More

I had half baked replies from other dealers in the area who could not even take the time to reply to my request for the their best price for the truck as they could not balance multiple customers at the same time. Pete showed he can balance multiple customers and manage fleet Sales all at the same time. He texted me updates through the process, and was always respectful, and positive. He was accommodating to my schedule, and did not try to change the price of the vehicle half way during the process and did not try rip me off on my trade. In processing my paperwork I had Debbie Jaynes who was so nice and professional and gave some good advice on the most important add-ons to get. She was so professional and so helpful to me and my family. All features were demonstrated completely without pushing us out after the sale.
