The dealer had my choice truck after searching through about half a dozen other dealers. I am glad to have come across Elk Grove Toyota by view on the 99 freeway. John Thorpe assertively showed me around about half a dozen other dealers. I am glad to have come across Elk Grove Toyota by view on the 99 freeway. John Thorpe assertively showed me around and helped me with the decision. Then Alfredo Farias helped me with figures and information projections and prepared for next day buying process. The greeting salesman Andrew Levchenko took care of everything else very professionally. He was knowledgeable and friendly and saw that everything was taken care throughout. Adam Niazi made an amazing conviction of the extra care vehicle service and in lightning speed and with a great smile completed all applications. More

Went to purchase a new vehicle on Saturday 5-13-22, It was a 2023 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid, I've been going back and forth with Regina who had the vehicle on hold for me along with my trade in for my Honda was a 2023 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid, I've been going back and forth with Regina who had the vehicle on hold for me along with my trade in for my Honda Hybrid. Went for a quick test drive it drove good. My salesman was Izea Speer, upon arrival he was the one who helped me since Regina was not in. After the test drive they had taken my info on my Honda and when Izea came back from finance, he gave me a low ball number for my trade in, even though I had the Kelly Blue book price listing with me which they still tried to give me $5000 less than the KBB trade in price. They he can back the second time with a ridiculous monthly payment even with $6000 down. I told him the payment was too high and the trade in value was by far lower than any I could even conceive of. Izea came back the third time and said that we are to far apart and could I put more money down along with my trade. I said NO, he proceeds to come back from finance to tell me even if they were to make a deal with me they couldn't because I can only go back to Honda for them to pay it off because they can't do it on their end, and it was their policy which is a crock of sh**. Wouldn't he know that from the beginning, I was beside myself for the lack of communication from Regina that should have been forthcoming with me about my trade, what I truly believe is they wanted to low ball me and have me pay more so they can make money both on the front and back end of the deal. Also, one more thing they charge a $1800 reconditioning fee even though my 2022 Honda only has 6000 miles and was flawless. What a joke this place is! not only will I not do business with this dealership, but I will let my other family members that purchased vehicles from them how they treated and me so they will not continue doing business with them again. I am so disappointed in the way they conducted business I will try to get hold of ownership, so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. More
