It was reprogramed and was ok for a Douglas M Posted, 4 days ago I leased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler 1st oil change it was grounding out and shorting. It was reprogramed and was ok for a bit. Around 16000 miles I started it the dash was dead. Ran fine. On my way home it violently started bucking, everything was flashing as I stopped at a light. The jeep pulled forward slammed itself in park. Dead, on a dark road. No hazard lights nothing. I was almost hit twice by pasing cars. I got out with a flash light to wave traffic from the jeep. I had it towed to Elmwood. Almost 2 weeks later... Ok so we replaced this, wasn't that. So we replaced those and still nothing so we replaced all we thought it could be. (It was test drove and didn't stall out yet). Poorest answer ever.. I feel so unsafe in this jeep, and they couldn't tell me what was wrong! I have had 6 jeeps and never felt so devalued as a customer when all that was proposed was to drop out of this lease and start new one which I couldn't afford, or see if it happens again? I used to love my jeep! Now it just give me anxiety and reminds me Jeep is just another corporate name. Your safety and concerns don't matter. Turns out Elmwood is just like every other dealership.
