Redefining the vehicle buying experience I researched vehicles within 100 miles of my location and couldn't find what I was looking for. Elmwood had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Because my wife bought from them in 2014, they gave me a $1000 loyalty bonus! Totally unexpected! I had to finance my vehicle and made prior arrangements before going to Elmwood. Just as a courtesy, my salesman (Richard Miranda) offered me to see if his finance manager (Vinny) could beat the deal I had already secured. I agreed to see if Vinny could do better. Not only was he able to beat my estimated payment by $50 a month, but he saw that the vehicle I was interested in (which is used) was going out of warranty in 6 months. He also got me a 36 month additional warranty with unlimited mileage and lowered my payment by $50 a month and got me a lower APR by 1.8%! Now that is what I call fantastic! So, I said all that to say this: though you may know what you are doing and you did all your homework, you showed up with all your ducks in a row, you self secured your financing and you were going to do it all yourself, remember, some dealers actually do have your best interests in mind. Elmwood absolutely won a customer for life in me! More

Work was completed in an efficient amount of time and issue was corrected. Waiting area was very accommodating and up to date with plug ins for my laptop to work while I waited for the work to be completed on my vehicle and there was hot tea and coffee available. More

Very positive car shopping experience!!!! My wife and I arrived at Elmwood dodge to browse new ram trucks. We were greeted by Sherman after we had looked at a few trucks. Oil change and tire repair Called in a few days before to make an appointment for an oil change and repair on one of the tires, just to be sure to be in and out quickly. The lady on the phone told me that no appointment was needed when using the express lane for these kinds of services. All service was done quickly, (oil change, tire repair and rotation and a full inspection) I was in and out within the hour. More
