Redefining the vehicle buying experience I researched vehicles within 100 miles of my location and couldn't find what I was looking for. Elmwood had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Because m I researched vehicles within 100 miles of my location and couldn't find what I was looking for. Elmwood had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Because my wife bought from them in 2014, they gave me a $1000 loyalty bonus! Totally unexpected! I had to finance my vehicle and made prior arrangements before going to Elmwood. Just as a courtesy, my salesman (Richard Miranda) offered me to see if his finance manager (Vinny) could beat the deal I had already secured. I agreed to see if Vinny could do better. Not only was he able to beat my estimated payment by $50 a month, but he saw that the vehicle I was interested in (which is used) was going out of warranty in 6 months. He also got me a 36 month additional warranty with unlimited mileage and lowered my payment by $50 a month and got me a lower APR by 1.8%! Now that is what I call fantastic! So, I said all that to say this: though you may know what you are doing and you did all your homework, you showed up with all your ducks in a row, you self secured your financing and you were going to do it all yourself, remember, some dealers actually do have your best interests in mind. Elmwood absolutely won a customer for life in me! More
