The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Falmouth Toyota is exactly as described. I had my doubts Falmouth Toyota is exactly as described. I had my doubts after reading all of the glowing reviews and thinking about how poorly I've been treated in Falmouth Toyota is exactly as described. I had my doubts after reading all of the glowing reviews and thinking about how poorly I've been treated in the past by Toyota dealers elsewhere. I took a chance, hopped on their website and got in touch with Tom Murphy. He quickly answered my questions and we made an appointment for my visit to the lot. Even just our emails were so much better than other dealers. They seemed genuine and not at all like canned responses. When I arrived at the lot, there were no sales vultures that rushed my car when I pulled in. Nice. I checked in at the front desk and let the woman there know I had an appointment to see Bill. She disappeared and no more than a minute later Bill arrived. Awesome. We're off to a great start. Chatted with Bill and made my deal. The paperwork was done in a flash and I was on my way. The deal we made was very fair, Bill was incredibly down to earth and again, seemed very genuine. I also feel like I should make note of the facilities. This place is beautiful! The lounge foe service is well kept, clean and has a bunch of amenities. There's a separate play room for kids, and a separate quite room for folks to work. If fresh air is your thing, there are picnic tables and Adirondack chairs out in the grass to sit on and watch the world go by. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Falmouth Toyota. I have never before had an experience like this at a dealer. I'm sure it sounds super corny, but Falmouth Toyota has earned a lifetime customer with just this one transaction. I've been telling everyone I know to go to Falmouth Toyota, as well. My next car will be coming from Falmouth, and every one after that. More
