I've been dealing with Falmouth Toyota for past 3 years after I leased a Rav4 Hybrid. Service has been done as scheduled while I waited in a pleasant area while work being done. When the lease time was running out, Jesse Abruzzi and staff worked with me on several options I had and finally were able to find a new 2019 RAV4 Hybrid that met my needs needs even though it would not arrive before my curren lease was up. They have been only ones who I allow to service my vehicles. Last car I purchased was 10 years ago and can you imagine I dealt with the same sales rep and sales manager as then. Dealing with the same service staff for over 12 years. Do not find that very often in today's business. They are never pushy and do not over sell. Pricing I feel was fair, but did not go to any other dealers as I only would deal with Falmouth Toyota. It was a very positive experience. As far as the Toyota brand is concerned, 10 years says it all. Vehicle is still running with no problems with only routine maintenance needed. I traded in an 18 year old Tacoma that still has plenty of life left but wife wanted a SUV. More
