It has always been a good experience. The waiting area is comfortable and includes a quiet room if you want to relax. Just pull in the enclosed carport and they take care of the rest. More

My experience with other dealers made me skeptical and annoyed after receiving a fairly large estimate of required work following the completion of the frame replacement program. I have since verified that Falmouth Toyota provided a very fair and accurate assessment of my car and that the work they did perform in replacing the frame was first rate. Maureen, who handles the loaner program, was excellent and made every effort to accommodate my needs and desires around providing alternative transportation during the several months that my car was being repaired. I will use Falmouth Toyota in the future and seriously consider them for a new car purchase in coming years. More

I had a poor experience with another Toyota dealer that is a little closer to home. Went straight to Falmouth and bought a car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They know that if they take care of their customer, their customer will take care of them. Five stars in my book. haven't used the Service Dept yet. but I expect them to be top notch too. More
