Service department mgr Mike was exceptionally professtional and mindful of my senior years and the heat was very intense when my air conditioning went out in my vehicle. The newly employed techn professtional and mindful of my senior years and the heat was very intense when my air conditioning went out in my vehicle. The newly employed technician was very kind but of course still new. The technician who had phoned me to inform me parts were in eventually took over my car and as Mgr Mike had initiated at the onset expedited my repair so i was able to ride in comfort within a few days. I’m aware of shorrtages in staff and parts and very appreciative of the timely services i received. Thank all of the servicemen involved. More

Received my warranty engine replacement and can breathe again. Although the steps to getting the new engine were necessary for claims purposes, the anxiety was high.
