Wish you had honored my Care Care Service Plan I have with another dealership. I’m sure Gettel Hyundai in Bradenton, FL would have reimbursed you. As a matter of fact they did offer to pay $68 of my $1 with another dealership. I’m sure Gettel Hyundai in Bradenton, FL would have reimbursed you. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I brought my car in for service twice for something other than an oil change, and both times, there was not an option for a loaner vehicle. I’ve just been told that loaners are for overnight which is not what the salesperson said when selling me the car (and I specifically asked). This last time, my car was returned to me with a dirty boot print on my driver’s side floor matt, a dirt streak on my back seat, spots EVERYWHERE after they washed it without drying it (could barely see out of the side mirrors), and my passenger side mirror folded in. There are so many issues I could list here but I would rather write the General Manager of Family Hyundai and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Hyundai Group. More
