They are not good about calling you to let u know the car is ready or it ur parts came in. You have to do your own leg work when you get in to the service no one comes to the car. There was a complete lack of communication between my sales advisor and me. My car was in the shop for a month with no real communication as to what the issue was or what needed to be done. I tried calli sales advisor and me. My car was in the shop for a month with no real communication as to what the issue was or what needed to be done. I tried calling and texting several times with no response. Or I would get transferred to him and the call would hang up. The only time I got a response was when I physically went into the shop several times. I even saw my sales advisor trying to hide from me when I walked in one time. I feel this dealership knows they screwed me over and are hoping I don’t notice. My family has serviced 5 Hyundais at this dealership but my most recent experience makes me want to never come back again. More
