Bought my car on the April still has not gotton my change.Call the other day, It was on the persons in office desk. I ask why it wasnt mail to me. They kept my money over a month. I asked just yesterday where is my title, Chrissy tells me I need to go to secretary of state. I pd cash for my car and psid all the fees for our government. Why would it be sent to them?
