Adam greeted me upon arrival, he setup a test drive and was able to answer any questions I had about the Santa Fe. When my car arrived at the dealership Adam took the time to explain all the different sett was able to answer any questions I had about the Santa Fe. When my car arrived at the dealership Adam took the time to explain all the different settings inside the car to me. The salesman (Mark Ott) and Mike in the service center resolved all the issues I found with the pre=certified car. I found these issues upon quickly examining the the car. These problems should have bee resolved all the issues I found with the pre=certified car. I found these issues upon quickly examining the the car. These problems should have been found when the car was pre-certified. The front tires were worn , one wiper blade rubber insert was detaching and .all the tires were missing valve stem caps. I hope that these were the only items that were missed in the pre-certification exam. More
