While I believe they knew what the issue was with my car, I don’t believe I was told the whole story at the beginning of our discussions. There was a lot of miscommunication about what happened and who was responsible. Also tho my car was tied up for nearly a week, there was no offer of a loaner car or even where I could go for a rental. More
