I guess I am spoiled by Family Hyundai, from the day I bought my car; to all my maintenance and other visits, I have been treated like I am a member of the team for my car. Yesterday, I had an appointment for a oil change, and I asked for the 90,000 mile check-up. The Service member (Tom) who helped me explained the possible costs of certain items on the 90,000 mile check-up. He had told me over the phone how long it would take so I could set up a ride home and a ride there. I appreciate the feeling that this dealership is not trying to "pull one over on me". Dealerships have changed since the sixties and seventies when I bought my first cars. Family Hyundai makes me believe they have definitely changed for the better. Thank you Service team. More
