My car was 1 month old and the battery died. I had it jumped and was told to bring it in and they would replace the battery. Not the case. I was told that it would be a couple days. Service people were rude. Also, the 2025 Kona does not have a lock out key in the fob. So I had to have parts order me one at a cost of $85.00. Not happy with the entire situation. More

They were kind to take me in without an appointment. I should have visited there first. But I went to another Hyundai dealership out the way and regretted it.
