Very disappointed. 2 hour wait for an oil change. Our previously service station did an oil change and car wash for $65.00 and were usually done in half an hour, with 2 hour wait for an oil change. Received an inquiry about our opinion about your service, and was given the reply “well this isn’t Jiffy Lube”. I don’t need sarcasm when I’m paying for a simple service. Dishonorable sales/service practices. I came in for a piston soak when my car was still 10k miles under the extended warranty sold by the dealership. I was told to come back after 100 I came in for a piston soak when my car was still 10k miles under the extended warranty sold by the dealership. I was told to come back after 1000 miles. Apparently, they told me to come back "at" 1000 Miles. When I came back, my car was only 60 miles past the extended warranty and they had to re-do the piston soak. This is when they clarified it had to be "at" 1000 miles. After coming back at 1000 miles, they told me my car failed the engine test and I need a new engine but it won't be covered under the extended warranty and it's my responsibility to pay. Notes were not written on my invoice on when to come back. I am aware Hyundai recently had a class action suit for questionable business practices, so maybe that's the route I will need to go. More
