Had a fantastic experience with Bill Comininel, as our used car had a stop sale brake recall. Bill proactively reached out weekly that he was tracking it. Scott Douglas the Finance Manager made the finance process quick, painless and got me in and out on the road in no time at all. David the Manager worked out the deal with us over the phone before I made the 2 hour ride and he stuck to his word. No bait and switch at Ferman BMW. And finally, I would be remiss if I did not tell you how knowledgeable and friendly my BMW Genius Leah was! She had me set up and connected in the car in no time flat !!! Thank you Ferman!!! More
