Courteous and helpful. They seemed eager to explain things thoroughly which helped without service. As we were leaving we had a tech problem with the navigation and their t They seemed eager to explain things thoroughly which helped without service. As we were leaving we had a tech problem with the navigation and their tech guy came out and spend an extra half hour helping us solve the issue and restarting the system. Which was a big help since we were leaving the next morning for a long trip. More

We went to another BMW dealership first but we were turned off by their lack of transparency. With Dan and Ferman everything was upfront and we had no unpleasant surprises. In fact we were thrilled whe turned off by their lack of transparency. With Dan and Ferman everything was upfront and we had no unpleasant surprises.
