My car displayed tire pressure warning signs on my dash. I made an appointment with Sal Graziano . He sent my car to the shop and one tire had a nail in it and others displayed low tire pressure. The pressure was corrected and I later had my tire repaired in an offsite repair shop. Ferman serviced my car satisfactorily and Sal coordinated the procedure successfully as usual. More
From NJ I needed service for loss pa A/C. Calling Ferman the woman answering quickly took all my info and got me booked quickly. I scheduled waiting for the car and learned my evaporator needed replacement. the woman answering quickly took all my info and got me booked quickly. I scheduled waiting for the car and learned my evaporator needed replacement. Sal G worked with my warranty company to gain approval for significant coverage. Ferman had no loaner cars available and I had trouble finding an immediate rental car. Sal got me a Lyft ride home to Clearwater. Car was ready next evening. When I picked up with another Lyft ride, I found the A/C totally fixed, my car washed and my internal clock corrected to right time! On top of that my bill came in lower than the estimate. Sal Graziano is an excellent rep, and your service staff is great! I’ll be back! More

I was given a VIP appointment, on line, to look at a specific vehicle. While driving to appointment, I received a call from a salesperson asking what type of vehicle I was interested in. After getting to dealer, while waiting for the sales people to find the keys for vehicle I was set up to look at (took them approximately 20 mins to find)I received another call from a sales person. After making a deal to purchase the vehicle I was there to see, I went to bank and while at the bank, received yet another call about what type of vehicle I was interested in. The sales person that worked hard to find the keys, take me on a test ride and sell me the vehicle was great. She was knowledgable, and although her expertise was BMW, went out of her way to help set me up in the vehicle and show me all the options and how to use them. More
