What a deal and what a dealer! I drove for four hours to purchase this car because they had the exact vehicle that I had been searching for at an incredible price. As I drove to Tampa, I did not know that I would receive five-star treatment from the sales team. I spoke with Tom before I made the 200 mile dive to see the car. He was more than helpful. He sent me additional photos of the truck with his phone to help answer any questions that I had after looking at all of the photos that were posted online. He got me a wonderful trade-in value for my current car and honored any online price drops offers that I had received from online search sites. After my long drive, he had the vehicle prepared and waiting for my test drive. While I was waiting to meet with Joe, the financial manager, Tom took me to an elegant waiting room where I was provide with refreshments while I relaxed in the massage chair. Joe prepared all of the paperwork as quickly as possible and both Joe and Tom worked past closing time so that I could make the drive back home after I purchased the vehicle. My experience at Ferman BMW was the exact opposite and is the reason I did not bother shopping around for other vehicles even though I had every intent to when I first visited. Robert and David were extremely professional and listened to what I wanted and then found the vehicle that met 100% of my requirements rather than just simply trying to sell me whatever was on the lot. Once we agreed on the car I would be purchasing, Robert was very diligent about communicating exactly when my car would be ready. When I returned in to pick the vehicle up, I did not have to waste any time and we got right down to business; I appreciate that my time was respected. This was my 2nd experience with a Ferman dealership and in both instances I had no pressure sales experiences and is why I will continue to shop at Ferman dealerships in the future. More
