Nice experience this was a pleasant experience.I did not feel pressured to buy ,all information was given to me about the vehicle that I needed . Doesn’t look or feel like a BMW dealer I came from another state where I loved our BMW dealer and service. They made us feel special every time, complimentary wash inside and out every time I came from another state where I loved our BMW dealer and service. They made us feel special every time, complimentary wash inside and out every time, easy to schedule services and to receive call backs. Here it looks like any other avarage dealer, the complimentary wash if it does something inside is minimum. And I had to ask for it because the other time not even outside.. I tryed to have a return call to have info about a part that was ordered for 4 months with no success .. if you talk to someone that was not the same as last time they don’t know anything. They need a better system to leave notes and info about their clients and their cars in case you have to speak with someone else. calls go to the answering machine every time you ask to be transferred to someone, you leave a message and nothing happens. and if I didn’t go there in person I’m not sure they would ever call me back. I just go there because it’s the only option in Clearwater. The only thing I can’t complain is the treatment once you get there. The people are indeed very nice with you and once you can get it scheduled, the service is ok. More
