My 2013 5 series and I received 5 star service in December 2018 when my car decided to take a nap on Highway 19 November 2nd at 6am while on the way to work. I was in a panic and unsure of what just happened but Stefanie was on the other end of my call and I could not have been happier. From towing to keeping in constant contact with me to the delivery, she was there for me. It was only 6 days after this event, my former employer Community Brands laid me off. Needless to say, this was probably the worst thing to hear when your car is in the shop and Thanksgiving and Christmas is around the corner however; Stephanie put me at ease and told me not to worry. She communicated directly with my insurance provider and let me know what if anything I would need to do.
