Best car purchasing experience I have had to date. Generally speaking I dread the car buying process as its historically been a nightmare process of being “Yes’d” over and over to only get a bait and s Generally speaking I dread the car buying process as its historically been a nightmare process of being “Yes’d” over and over to only get a bait and switch or lack of transparency in the details fo the deal until its time to sign. My experience with Robert at Ferman couldn’t have been any further from this. My wife and I shopped at all the other surrounding BMW dealerships and also other comparable brands only to receive the expected treatment at those locations. Our initial visit to Ferman was late in the day and extended well past the normal operating ours with both Robert and the GM Karl extremely accommodating after hours, all without the hard press to make the deal at that exact moment. After my wife and I toured the other dealerships over the weekend, we had narrowed our choices to two vehicles, one of which was the X5 we purchased from Ferman. The other car’s dealership is owned by a client of mine and they were able to give me an incredible deal. However, I knew my wife really preferred the X5. It should also be noted that Robert’s follow up was simple, yet direct without hi-pressure and by the most professional out of any correspondence with any other dealerships I received. I replied to Robert’s follow up email with a simple breakdown of what I wanted to make the deal happen, expecting the standard, “tug-of-war” negotiating, regardless of how pleasant the experience had been thus far. Two hours later I received an email that Robert had gone to his supervisor and they worked out the deal exactly as requested. I came in the following day and again no surpsises. Robert even took the extra initiative to test drive the vehicle once more for us and discovered the alignment to be slightly off, sent me the report from service showing that and had it corrected before I got there to sign. Additionally, the lease turn in rep, Stone, was extremely courteous, accommodating and very respectful through that process as well. That goes the same for Scott in finance, great guy, great personality and clearly did his job presenting all the add-ons during that phase of the process, but never pushed back when I respectfully declined the majority of them. All in all, hands down the best car purchasing experience we have had and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from Robert and the staff at Ferman. I will DEFINITELY be recccomending Robert and Ferman to anyone I know who is shopping BMW and we will continue to keep our business there for service and purchasing moving forward. More
